I’ve been thinking about online art… well, ok, nonstop for decades. But even more lately with how I’m trying to define how I exist online, and how I want to express that to others.
I have slowed down a bit with online creation, focusing a lot on making physical things. Sculpting, making minis, painting pins, even trying my paw at making chainmail jewelry for the first time.
But I haven’t been completely ignoring that online space. I have been trying to figure out a redesign of my site, where I wanna put stuff online, and what I want to do with future videos and writing. In the meantime, every time I see something interesting I’m bookmarking the link, saving lists that I’ll reference and share later.

The arms race of AI companies is burning cash to pollute the planet. The arms race of AI versus AI critics is at least humorous.
There are still folks who say, “keep your politics out of my ___”, assuming that just presenting a non-normative identity is somehow a political statement. Existence is political.
This wouldn’t backfire on anyone at all, nope. I want to hope that it’s just Trump-pandering grandstanding, but considering how many states have blocked porn sites already, who knows at this point.

This video was so much more involved and interesting than I’d expected seeing the hour and a half runtime. It does provide a lot of useful tips and interviews with successful Furry Visual Novel creators, but more than that it is a reminder that we need to create queer art.
Speaking of furries and queer, this seems like a rhetorical question to me, but I haven’t taken the time to unpack why, as this channel has.
Sure, TikTok is back, but the unsteady nature of platforms and creator monetization drive a lot of the social internet, and this is no different.
Wow, I wasn’t expecting an actual film from this media channel. The premise feels both unreal and real in uncomfortable ways.
What a concept! Not only creating a production of Hamlet from scratch in Grand Theft Auto Online. but having to do so while negotiating regular players doing what they do (lots of killing).
The funniest part of all of this (if the destruction of multiple industries and ways of living is funny), is how OpenAI is accusing them of the same things that they have already done, but China!

Of course not, but examining where the fear stems from is interesting.
I can’t believe how long this guy could get away with these scams, except for the whole grieving families looking for hope sadness.
Dangit, now I’ve lost the game too. Did you know about this game before today? I think I was in high school when I first heard of it, around the same time they think that it started.
Thank you to people like Chase Strangio who actually do the work of defending our rights against some of the most inane but harmful attacks that we’ve been getting.
