I’m going to keep it short though, because by the point of writing this, I’ve mainly been on an upswing and I don’t want to dwell too much.
On Sunday we went to see Thunderbolts*, which does not shy away from expressing the mental health issues of its protagonists. I can relate to the feeling of periods of euphoric highs followed by low downs that feel interminable. Without invincible superhero powers, I think that’s just depression 
This week I have been going through it a bit, and it’s affected several things, including my plans for the rest of the week. At this point I’m just trying to focus on some personal projects that are making me happy to spend some time on, and hoping as always to have more things to share with you in the future.

I couldn’t imagine handling all sorts of random requests via phone. In general sure, but over the phone? A nightmare 
No, no they do not. And they don’t care.
Well. idk how I feel about this at all. Well I do. I’m glad that the family gets some small amount of closure. I don’t like that the judge apparently based his decision in large part on something that everyone knew was a fake statement.

I watched a pretty gross Papa Meat video about polyamory recently that was basically just listing terms that I’ve never heard before and then having them make jokes about poly folks existing. This is a much better video, acknowledging that representation is already not great, and could be much better.
Some of mine are unfortunately. Not because I want to just be a collector or focus on gathering supplies over making art. But because sometimes the working through the mental challenges of making that art is so hard (see my fursuit making newsletter last week)
I love the end of CalArts semester, when everyone uploads their videos. This one feels very Adventure Time and I love how weird it is.
Another one! But this one is adorable and clearly created by a furry who knows that bigger guys are hot š³
Again highlighting Thabo Meerkat and his wonderful videos sharing the positive side of the furry fandom, and not just the negatives that commentators and drama farmers share.

This has to be the most pushback I’ve seen Adam give to guests on his show, and I’m glad that he does. We can’t just accept some political realities as “how it is” and not how we can actually make progressive change.
This guy went from, “wow, he’s kinda impressive in his ingenuity and kills nazis!” to, “oh, he’s kinda terrible isn’t he?”
As many of us, I was a Flash game teen. I spent so much time on the computer clicking around puzzles and mazes and jumping up the walls in N, pre-Celeste.
