I’m trying to get into the mindset of finding opportunities for B-roll. It’s like when I did annual photo challenges, specifically because it trained me to consider opportunities for artistic photography everywhere that I go.
I did my annual photo challenges in 2020, 2022, and 2024. I did consider doing it again for 2026 to keep up my semi-annual tradition. I chose to not force it this year, as I have plans to focus on crafting and video production, and I don’t want to overextend more than I already do.
So here I am, working on a 31 day shorts streak to talk about crafting and productivity. Same old, but repackaged.
I wanted to publish a crafting video every Friday this year if I can, but I didn’t finish a full project video for yesterday. Look forward to one this coming Friday! If you haven’t yet, I want to grow my channel this year, so please subscribe!

They want to hide it, because they want to try to ignore us into nonexistence.
Old game hardware investigations are always more interesting to me than they have any right to be.
Not just the hardware, but the systems surrounding and supporting it.

We’re certainly meant to feel lazy and guilty, and I feel that all of the time. Nevermind the fact that I have chronic fatigue and a brain that is always tired and hazy from navigating a neurotypical world.

How do we tell stories about a place, and how does technology affect that?
It’s a shame that disinformation ends up making collateral damage of folks who are not bots and have real opinions.
