ups and downs and ups!

This past week has been ups and downs. πŸ”ΌπŸ”½πŸ€·

Pros: I’ve gotten some coding things done on personal and private projects. My devlog has some basic notes, but basically I’ve done some updates to the Creative Commons Posts Republisher, as well as FetchFox, the content clipper. I’ve also completed lineart for all of the stickers of my current set! They’ll be colored and on the shop by next week’s newsletter.

Cons: I had some kind of stomach virus last week, pretty much all of the days that I had to myself specifically set aside for relaxing. It was not fun at all, and I’m annoyed that my GI doctor can’t even have their assistant see me for over a month. Thankfully my PCP gave me a few prescriptions to help, and it feels like it’s mainly over.

I have so many projects to do this summer, especially before Megaplex! I feel good about what I’ve done this week, and am gonna get back to that today.

Stay cool yall 😎

This is interesting to read right after listening to the end of the Fur and Loathing investigation. From just a few days after the event, and with a much different view than we have of it now.

Finding who you are is a journey, and it should be an exciting one!

A fun reminder of how long these anthropomorphized characters have graced our entertainment.

I watched this movie so many times in high school. It was already a cult classic by the time I got to it, and the idea of little things shaping the future in big ways has always fascinated me.

Yay! I’ve been waiting for this show, and it is just as cute and fun as I’d hoped. I can’t wait for more episodes!

You’ve gotta be even stronger in a space of fear and danger.

I used to be a script kiddie in high school, gasp. Heck, I think that I was reading CotDC stuff in middle school. I’m old basically, but not as old as them πŸ˜…

What is a Mickey Mouse? Why is Mickey, in our modern day?

Websites are too bland. Mine is not exempt! I’m trying to fix it but I’m also low on energy and creativity for my own site.

Paired with the previous video. Why do we not get to express ourselves more on platforms supposedly all about being ourselves?

If you made it this far, why not share this newsletter with a friend? Or share with me some of the things that you found that you liked this week. Either way, I’m thrilled!
