Choose My Adventure

I have a lot of projects. A lot of projects already in progress, a lot that I want to start, and far far more that I’ll likely never get to at all. I keep a database of project ideas, so that I can take notes when inspiration strikes and at least not worry about completely losing ideas that I like.

I did make an ideas page, which lists some things that I’d love to see exist but know that I won’t ever make time for. But admittedly my issue is a lot more that even with a limited number of projects in progress, I end up getting analysis paralysis.

So the goal here is to have folks vote on things in the evening, from two to three options that I want to work on in my free time the next day. Then I do what the crowd says!

General Projects in Progress

  • Megaplex (30 August 2025)
    • Fursuits and Partials for Megaplex
    • New sticker designs – I’m working up some 90’s themes now to match the theme of Megaplex this year.
    • More crafts for Megaplex Artist Alley – I also have things beyond stickers that I’m working on, and need to stock up my shop with.
  • General crafting
    • Zines! – I love zines and have been wanting to make some to send out to friends and patrons on a regular basis.
    • I know, it’s coding, but some creative coding projects to share with others. I already make fun and silly things and I want to make more and show others how I did them.
  • Creator stuff
    • I want to rework the BowieBarks YouTube channel to do video essays. Kinda what I’ve always wanted, but not made the time for yet.
    • I also have another channel that I’ve wanted to work on regarding web dev tutorials. I’ve taught folks web dev in the past in various ways, and I want to do something fun that serves marginalized communities directly.
    • I am working on an app for the furry community that I want to share info about soon. I’ve just been really slow in putting time toward it.
  • Work projects
    • I’ve been working on a site audit tool for personal use. I want to make it available for public use, maybe as a service.
    • I want to upgrade my offerings for creator websites. I want more folks to have their own websites, including small creators who want to sell their products on places other than Etsy. And they should be able to get these sites at a low cost. If this is you, contact me!
    • I want to release more free plugins that can help people do more with their own sites and own more of their content.
