Last weekend I attended FurSquared 2024 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The final attendance count was 1,790, which is about a 50% increase in attendance over 2023. The convention charity raised $17,420.69 (nice) for the Humane Animal Welfare Society.

This was a wonderful weekend overall for me. I feel bad that some of the folks that I was with were feeling sick, but am admittedly thankful that I stopped being sick the week prior, and my mental health was overall well during the event.

I met lots of great new folks, got gifts for friends and partners, and got to spend time with some friends that I don’t get to see much outside of cons. It was my first time attending FurSquared, but I’d gladly do so again for the great vibe that it had. Plus I got to walk around in snow!
